Market Ready
This is for the seller who would like to get their home’s marketing material ready, in anticipation of placing their property on the market at a future date that best suits them. Being Market Ready allows sellers to get everything organised but without promoting their home on the open market. When you tell us you’re ready, we can have your property live online across our website and the property portals – Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket – with the click of a button.

Discreet Marketing
This is for our clients who know they want to move but either have a need for discretion or want to keep the pressure off. With this in mind, we have two approaches to Discreet Marketing:
1. Low-profile marketing is provided to ensure that your home is promoted to buyers, but the promotion of it is kept discreet and targeted.
2. Alternatively, we can also market a seller’s property using the traditional estate agency method but with tailored conditions attached that match the seller’s requirements.

Traditional Marketing
This is the normal and most common form of marketing a seller’s home. Traditional Marketing means we list and advertise your home using the most common-practice channels – online (Rightmove, Zoopla, OntheMarket, Primelocation, Relocation Agent Network and our website), as well as targeted marketing to our extensive database of registered buyers via phone calls and mail outs.

Secured Sale
This approach to marketing a property is for sellers who require both speed and security in the selling of their home. Typically, there will be a contractual 56-day completion period and a non-refundable reservation fee paid by the buyer upon acceptance of their offer. This results in less than 5% of sales fall through and helps sellers reach completion of their sale faster. The selling fees are also payable by the buyer rather than the seller.
