Having worked as a Learning & Development and People Management professional for over 20 years across differing sectors I chose to work for Miles & Barr to continue in a role that can make a positive impact to employees company-wide. 

I am passionate about developing others and encouraging people to challenge themselves to meet their full potential in their careers. I love to see others grow and achieve their goals and aspirations. I truly believe it’s the people that are at the heart of any successful organisation, and being a People and Development manager, really ticks all the boxes for me. 

I love working for Miles and Barr, having the opportunity to bring my knowledge and experience to the business and to contribute to the achievement of our People strategy, “Valuing People Not Just Property” really does excite me. 

Outside of work, I am kept very busy with my two daughters, husband and our dog, Tess.
