New Home Developments Coming Soon in 2023

A range of brand new housing developments will be launched and built across East Kent in 2023. We’ve rounded up a selection of seaside property developments that will appeal to first-time buyers, a growing family or those who are looking to downsize.

Driftwood Mews, Westgate-On-Sea

This is a unique new development of 12 eco 2-bedroom homes, which will offer minimal running costs because they will have an impressive A-rated EPC certification. Driftwood Mews will be a collection of contemporary homes, situated on Suffolk Avenue, in the highly sought-after village location of Westgate-On-Sea.
